Wisdom Martin is an American award-winning journalist who presently works for FOX 5 NEWS as the morning weekday anchor at 4 am-6 am and on Good Day DC at 9-11 am since 2003.
He got his first job at WAPT news where he was assigned to run the teleprompter on weekends. He later got promoted and worked as an editor, news photographer and weekend reporter before the ad even graduated.
Furthermore, Wisdom gained experience as both a news and sports anchor at KSEE in Fresno, followed by a position as a weekend anchor at CNN in Atlanta. He later transitioned to WKRN in Nashville, Tennessee, where he showcased his skills as an anchor and reporter.
During his time in Washington, Martin managed to cover various big stories such as reporting live in Miami on the murder pf Washington Redskins football player Sean Taylor. Moreover, he also reported live on the scene of FOX 5’s award- winning coverage of the serial bank robberies in D.C.
