Matthew McClellan is an American reporter who presently works as a weekend morning anchor for FOX 13, reporting live for Good Day Tampa Bay during the week.

After spending two years in Indianapolis, he moved to Tampa in 2019. During his time there, he served as a weekend evening anchor for WRTV-TV while reporting weekdays from the field.

He formerly worked for WRIC-TV in Richmond, Virginia, where he was a reporter and fill-in anchor, developing high-impact reports for broadcast and online.

Matthew reported on the widespread destruction of Hurricane Matthew and extensively covered the 2016 presidential election, including the selection of former Richmond mayor Tim Kaine as vice presidential nominee.

As a result of hard work, he won a Florida Associated Press Award for his reports on the deaths of dozens of boys at Florida’s Dozier reform school back in 2014. Before he joined WRIC, Matthew was a weekend evening anchor for WTVY-TV in Dothan, Alabama.
