Charley Belcher is an American award-winning journalist currently working for Fox 13 News in Tampa Bay. Before he joined Fox 13, he worked as a reporter at WIVK radio and WATE-TV in Knoxville, Tennessee. He returned to his hometown and joined FOX 13 in January 1998.
Charley was a reporter for WIVK radio and WATE-TV in Knoxville, Tennessee, before relocating to Florida. In January 1998, he went back to his hometown and started working for FOX 13.
Charley has been recognized with three Suncoast Regional Emmy Awards for his feature reporting. His coverage of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ trip to the 2000 NFC Championship game in St. Louis earned him his first Emmy.
