Wendy Bell is an American award-winning journalist and radio presenter who presently works as a radio host at KDKA.
Previously, she worked for WTAE-TV as a news anchor and reporter in 2016. In 2020 during the Coronavirus ( COVID-19), Bell faced backlash after she remarked on businesses to shut down back in 2020.
Wendy started her journalism career at a local television station where she worked as a reporter. She was later promoted and became a fixture on the national news stage. Being an excellent storyteller and dedicated, Wendy found it easy to walk into any newsroom.
In addition to her expertise as a news anchor, she is a passionate advocate for marginalized communities. She courageously fought for issues important to her especially to the ones been ignored.
