He was raised in the adjacent city of Sarasota after being born in Cincinnati, and he had memories of monitoring hurricanes with his atlas and attempting to understand why these storms were so unpredictable. He would eventually formulate his own forecasts and share them with his family.

His expertise with computers was crucial in the creation of many of the tropical computer model animations and buoy data maps on the MyFoxHurricane.com website, which was the first to make it simple to view wave heights and water temperatures throughout the tropics using satellite loops and forecast models for tracking hurricanes.
In addition, Weber holds certifications from the American Meteorological Organization and the West Central Florida Chapter of the American Meteorological Society and is a proud member of the meteorological honor society Chi Epsilon Pi.
