T. J. Holmes born (Loutelious “T. J.” Holmes, Jr. ) is an American journalist and national television personality who first gained national prominence as an anchor and correspondent for CNN.

He worked as CNN Saturday & Sunday Morning’s anchor for five years at the network. At the end of 2011, Holmes left CNN after signing a multi-platform talent deal with BET Networks, which included the new show Don’t Sleep.
