She became a member of the Fox 8 News team in 2016. Previously, Belay worked for WTOL-TV in Toledo, OH where she covered the tragic death of two on-duty Toledo firefighters killed in an arson, the months-long heartbreaking search for a murdered toddler in addition to solving problems and getting answers for frustrated viewers.
