Prior to replacing her on September 1, 2014, he served as the weekend anchor and principal fill-in anchor on ABC’s World News Tonight. Muir has received several Edward R. Along with Amy Robach, Muir co-hosts ABC News magazine 20/20, a program that is a component of the network’s news division. He worked at Syracuse’s WTVH and Boston’s WCVB prior to his tenure with ABC.
Between 1995 until 2000, Muir worked as a reporter and anchor at WTVH-TV in Syracuse, New York.
