Jane Minar is an American meteorologist currently working for Fox Weather as a meteorologist and co-anchor for the service’s overnight/5 AM/ET hours.
She began working for the station in August 2021 and has been quite successful. Minar joins FOX Weather from WFXG-TV, a FOX affiliate in Augusta, Georgia, where she was the station’s lead meteorologist. She also hosted the morning newscasts at the station.
She covered tornado outbreaks in Georgia over Easter 2020 and the Masters’ Tournament while in Georgia. However, as for her educational background, Minar attended Rutgers University, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology.
